I recommend using two rounded tablespoons of ground coffee for each six ounces of water.
It's important to always use fresh water,after all, it's 98% of each cup.
Use the proper grind for your coffee maker:
- Coarse -plunger pots, percolator
- Medium - most flat bottom, auto drip coffee makers
- Fine - cone-shaped filter makers
- Espresso - powder fine; for espresso machines
Store your coffee in an airtight container, and keep in a cool dark place. Use within 2 weeks.
Whole bean coffee stays fresher, longer.
I do not recommend refrigeration or freezing, as moisture condensation can cause flavor loss.
